Final Trip Essentials & Event Updates
(21 March 2026)
1. Thailand Entry Requirements
To ensure a smooth arrival at Phuket International Airport, we recommend completing the Thai Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) online.

Benefit: speed up your progress through immigration.
2. Wedding Day Schedule (28 March)
Reception Opens: 3:45pm
Ceremony Starts: 4:30pm
Note: Please kindly arrive by 4:30pm to ensure you are settled before the ceremony commences.
3. Dedicated Wedding Shuttle
A complimentary shuttle service will operate between Crest Resort and Rosewood Phuket:
Operation Times: 3:45pm – 4:30pm
(departing every few minutes or once full)
Pick-up Point: Near the Crest Resort Main Lobby
Return Service: Shuttles will also be available for return too
We will post the shuttle’s license plate number here 1-2 days before for easier identification.

Upon arrival at Rosewood Entrance, please tell Rosewood staff you are coming here for Joey and Nicky's wedding, they will use golf cart to drive you there.
4. Crest Resort Hotel Information
Breakfast: Your booking includes breakfast buffet at Atmos Restaurant (06:30am – 10:30am) each day.
Simply provide your room number to enter.
Check-in time: 3:00pm
Check-out time: 12:00pm
Early check-in is subject to availability. Please feel free to request this with the hotel concierge upon your arrival.
You may also store your luggage at the lobby and enjoy the resort facilities or explore the area if your room is not yet ready.
5. Travel & Safety Tips
Please exercise caution when taking taxis or Tuk-Tuks, especially at night or if traveling alone.
We suggest using ride-hailing apps like Grab, where you can easily share your real-time location with friends and family for added safety.

3. Airport Transfers
Based on the flight information collected from the RSVPs, we are coordinating group shuttles from the airport to Crest Resort for flights with a group of guests arriving at the same time.
Current Tentative Shuttles to Crest Resort & Pool Villas for flights:
27 March: 11:20 (CX787)
27 March: 10:15 (UO724)
28 March: 10:15 (UO724)
Shuttle will wait for guests from these flights before departing from airport
Action Required: Please let us know if you are arriving on any of these flights and would like to join the group shuttle (by 15 March). We would be happy to include you in the arrangements!

2. Wedding Day Transportation
To ensure a smooth journey to our wedding venue on Saturday, 28 March, a shuttle service will be provided from Crest Resort to Rosewood Phuket.

Alternative Options: For those who prefer to travel independently, at a different time, or from another location, Grab is readily available in the area. While the venue is within walking distance (10-min), walking is also possible. But we recommend taking the hotel shuttle or Grab as the road is slightly uphill and the weather could be quite hot and humid.
Getting There
Transportation
Rosewood Phuket is located near Patong Beach. The journey from Phuket International Airport typically takes about 1 hour and 30 minutes, though this can vary significantly with island traffic. We kindly suggest allowing a generous buffer for immigration and traffic condition when booking your flights.
For your convenience, we recommend using Grab or other ride-hailing apps for easy transport to the venue. Once we have collected everyone’s flight details, we will also explore the possibility of arranging a shared pick-up for arriving guests.
Accommodation
Our guests will be staying at the above hotel. The hotel is 2 minutes away by car or a 10-minute walk from Rosewood Phuket. We are currently working on arranging a shuttle service to transport everyone between Crest and the wedding venue around event times—stay tuned for further updates!
We are pleased to provide your accommodation for the night of March 28th. For those arriving a day early, we will also host you for the night of March 27th. Breakfast is included for both mornings. To ensure your room is ready upon arrival, please share your flight itinerary with us once it is confirmed.

Dress Code
We invite you to join us in your finest formal garden party attire. To complement our tropical setting at Rosewood Phuket, we encourage breathable fabrics and light pastel colors including but not limited to the few above.
Suits, tuxedos, cocktail dresses, and gowns are all welcome. Please note that our ceremony and dinner will be held on the lawn; we recommend choosing footwear comfortably suited for the grass so you can enjoy the island sun with ease.
Welcome Dinner
If you’re already in town on March 27th, please join us for a welcome dinner at 7:00 PM. We are finalizing a beautiful spot near the Crest Resort and will share the exact location soon. Let us know if you can make it via the RSVP section or by contacting us directly!
Wedding Day
Join us at around 4:00 PM for welcome drinks and canapés. Please arrive on time as our ceremony begins shortly after on the garden lawn.
The celebration continues at 7:00 PM with a Thai family-style banquet on the lawn. The evening will be highlighted by the cake cutting and a fireworks display.
To conclude the night, we will move indoors for the after-party and dancing.
Gift Policy
Your presence at our special day is the greatest gift we could receive, especially when all of you are traveling from Hong Kong and beyond. Therefore we do not expect any gifts from our guests.
However, if you would like to gift us there will be a postbox at the venue for collecting gifts and contributions. We appreciate your kindness and generosity.

About Us
Our journey began in 2016 at the University of Hong Kong. While we started as good friends, it wasn’t until 2019 that our story truly took flight. We have shared a lifetime of memories—from the quiet resilience of moving in together during quarantine to a staying side-by-side in spirit through a year of long distance; from the simple joy of exploring the world together to the shared dedication of our studies and careers.
After seven years of adventures, two graduations, and countless cozy Sunday mornings, in 2025 we officially registered our marriage and stepped into our greatest roles yet as parents. Now, we wish to celebrate our marriage among all of our closest friends in the place we love.

This trip marks a big milestone for our family: Atlas’s first time leaving Hong Kong! We are so excited to bring him along to explore, play, and experience the beauty of Phuket. Sharing his first big adventure with our closest friends makes this celebration even more meaningful.
Homebodies
While we love the thrill of travel, we are happiest in the quiet moments at home. Nothing beats a rainy afternoon spent over a board game or a Netflix marathon with Suetsuet curled up at our feet and Atlas by our side. These simple, cozy evenings are the ones we treasure most.
Gamers & Geeks
Our competitive spirit comes alive through gaming—whether it’s the peace of Stardew Valley, the teamwork of It Takes Two, or the intensity of LOL and TFT. When the consoles are off, we’re usually catching up on our favorite anime, our current favorites are Sakamoto Days, Dandadan and Kaiju No.8
